What is Nimmo
In Nimmo Planner you set up routes, stops, times and capacity, manage vehicles and drivers, see all bookings and follow trips as they happen. Passengers book in the Nimmo app, and drivers get their route and passenger list in Nimmo Driver.
The web tool for those who organise. Decide where and when a route runs, set stops, times, booking deadlines and capacity, and choose whether the route is for a specific group or open to everyone. After a short training session you can set up and run the routes yourselves. If you need more help, we are here for you.
Passengers or guardians book a trip in the Nimmo app. They can follow the trip on the map and are notified at pick-up and drop-off.

The driver gets the route, stops and passenger list in Nimmo Driver, and can see clearly who gets on and off where.

What Nimmo does for you

What Nimmo is used for
Nimmo is a flexible solution suited to organising both simple and complex transport services. Everything from statutory transport in municipalities and on-demand transport run by county authorities to trips to leisure activities and everyday errands.
Many departments, many solutions – and vehicles standing idle. At the same time, some residents cannot get to school, work or activities because there is no service that suits them. Nimmo brings together the transport the municipality is responsible for and the transport it wants to offer. Eligible transport, including trips with one or a few passengers. Regular trips to school, day centres and work training. Transport to leisure activities for children and young people, and on-demand transport for older people and residents without a car.
For county authorities and public transport companies: on-demand routes where regular routes do not meet the need. Nimmo uses Entur's format for route data.

Sports clubs, municipal arts schools and other activity providers use Nimmo to make transport part of what they offer – on their own or together with the municipality. Transport operators use Nimmo when they drive for the public sector or want to offer shared transport as a new service, and companies use it for shared employee transport.
Nimmo is in operation from Andøy in the north to Gjesdal in the south – run by municipalities and through sports clubs and activity providers.
Meløy municipality offers free transport two days a week with fixed departures. For activities or just to hang out with friends.
