Shared transport for inclusion and independence
Nimmo is the system that lets sports clubs, activity providers, municipalities, county authorities, transport operators, and businesses organize shared transport. Nimmo is the tool; the organization provides vehicles and drivers - either using its own or through a transport provider.
What is Nimmo
With the Nimmo software, your organization can easily set up routes, manage vehicles and drivers, view bookings, and monitor trips in real-time. Users can easily book in the Nimmo app, and drivers get a complete overview of the driving route and passengers in the Nimmo Driver app.
In a simple and user-friendly setup, you determine where and when a route should operate, set booking deadlines, choose whether it should be for a specific age group, whether payment should be made via the Nimmo app, and what the capacity of the route should be. After a short training, it is easy to set this up yourself. We also have good, built-in help features. If you want more help from Nimmo, we offer that too, of course!
Users and guardians book trips in the Nimmo app. When guardians book for children and youth, they can track the trip on the map in the app and receive notifications when the child gets on or off.
In Nimmo Planner, you can see all bookings.
The driver uses the Nimmo Driver app and gets a complete overview of the driving route and passengers.
In Nimmo Planner, you can follow the ongoing trips.
The Nimmo platform is the tool for planning, booking, and overview.
To carry out the transport, you who offer the transport can either use your own vehicles and drivers or a transport provider.

Why Nimmo
Organizations using Nimmo spend less time on planning and more time on what they are actually providing.
No more spreadsheets, threads on Messenger, and phone calls. Routes, vehicles, drivers, and bookings are managed in one place.
When the transport need is solved, no one drops out because it is too far or there is no one to drive.
Guardians receive notifications when the child is picked up and dropped off. The driver sees who is getting on and off.
One bus replaces many car trips. We have measured up to 11× lower CO₂ on fixed routes by using shared transport instead of private cars.
You create a route in minutes, and bookings can flow in the same day.
Perfect for transporting children and youth, but can just as easily be used for the elderly, commuters, and participants in an event.
Who uses Nimmo
The platform was initially developed targeting sports clubs and others activities providers for children and youth who want to make shared transport to and from their activities a part of their offering, and who want to avoid manual, time-consuming solutions for organizing transport.
Our most important customer group. Clubs, dance schools, choirs, music and arts programs, and others offering regular activities for children and youth — and who want logistics not to stand in the way of participation.
Sports districts are regional umbrellas that can use Nimmo on behalf of several clubs and areas. Sports councils are often local drivers and can similarly use Nimmo to offer transport across several clubs.

But also
The platform is equally suitable for organizing on-demand transport as part of the public transport services, for a municipality that wants to supplement the regular public transport offering, as a new business opportunity for a bus or taxi company, or as a solution for companies concerned about sustainable transport solutions for their employees.
Nimmo is in operation from Andøy in the north to Gjesdal in the south. Here are some examples.

Meløy municipality offers free transport two days a week with fixed departures. To activities or just to be social with friends.
In a municipality with challenging geography and limited public transport, Nimmo transport is important for inclusion and participation.
· Liv Toril, Community Planner

When KGB dance & ballet set up transport with Nimmo to and from its "after school" classes, the number of participants increased from 12 to 45.
The transport experience is safe and easy for both children and guardians. For us, Nimmo provides easier logistics and better overview.
· Siri, Managing Director

Blindheim IL uses Nimmo for transport from four different schools to its after school football program.
We use fewer resources to plan and follow up transport and can spend more time on activities.
· Aleksander, FFO Leader/Academy Leader

Activity transport for children and youth combined with offers for the elderly — planned, measured, and evaluated together with SINTEF.
We get data that proves that shared transport actually works.
